Do the villas have ocean views?

Villa Asri, Sempurna, Chantique, Luar Biasa, Tinggi have ocean views. Villa Bunga does not ocean views, though it as ocean glimpses. Villa Bunga has a great pool area and is garden views - excellent for groups and families.

When is the best time to visit your property for the perfect beach holiday?

Nusa Lembongan is wonderful all year. The island receives a lot less rain then Bali so Nusa Lembongan is often dry and sunny when it is wet in Bali.

We are coming for our honeymoon, I see you have villa asri and villa chantique available. What villa is better?

Congratulations! Both are stunning villas or similar quality and wonderful ocean views, private pool. Chantique is a more traditional style and Asri is a more modern style. Both villas are very beautiful and popular for honeymoon and anniversaries.

Are the villas suitable for families? Is there much to do on Nusa Lembongan with kids?

Yes our villas are great for families, especially the 2 & 3 bedroom villas. There are loads of great kids activities on the island. We have a blog with lots of island activities and island tips like snorkelling, mini-golf, golf buggy hire and more!

How far is it to restaurants? Do you have breakfast included rates?

There are lots of restaurants 50 metre of the villas. Great options for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Prices from cheap eats to trendy bars, cafes & upmarket restaurants. With so many great options nearby, we do not have breakfast included rates.

Does Villa Bunga have a pool fence for little children? Is Villa Bunga good with children?

Villa Bunga is great for families with private pool and courtyard area. It is low on the hill too so not too many stairs and very close to restaurants (within 50 metres). We can set up a pool fence for a fee. Please enquire at time of booking.

Does Villa Bunga have ocean views?

Villa Bunga is our only villa that does not have ocean views. The aspect is tropical gardens around pool area. The price reflects no ocean views. This is a great family villa, and close to the waterfront boardwalk and restaurants. Excellent location.

What is there to do on Nusa Lembongan?

What villa is better out of Villa Asri and Villa Sempurna?

Both villas are stunning and some of the best 1-bed villas on Lembongan. The villas are the same in quality, location, features like pool. The villas terrace up the hill, Asri is 1-level higher so has slightly better views, but both are incredible.

Does the villas have a pool fence around the pool? If not, can a pool fence be installed temporarily?

Our villa pools do not have pool fences. We can have a temporary fence (made out of wood/bamboo) installed around the private pool in the villa for your stay. Please enquire at the time of booking on cost and availability.

Do we get transfer from boat Is it close to a beach

Yes - Our boat partner can do a transfer from beach to our property.

What is the difference between Villa Tinggi and Villa Luar Biasa?

Villa Tinggi & Villa Luar Biasa are in the same location with one villa on top of the other (like terrace style on the hill). The villas are finished to same standard and have amazing ocean views. Luar Biasa is on upper level slightly better view.

Do you have an onsite reception?

Yes, there is a central onsite reception for all of the villas. The reception is open during business hours.

Is there currently any construction in the area?

There was building impacting some villas 3+ years ago. This is complete. There is now no building in the immediate area, though that can change if neighbours were to renovate or build. There is no planned building in the area that we are aware of.

How many stairs are there to Villa Tinggi?

Villa Tinggi is about 20m down the stairs from the carpark at the top of the hill. From the bottom of the hill Villa Tinggi is about 100m up the stairs. The same is for Villa Asri, Tinggi, Luar Biasa, Sempurna.

How do we get to Nusa Lembongan?

We will help you organise your fast boat transfers from Bali to Lembongan once your booking is made. Lembongan is a beautiful island close to Bali. It takes around 30 minutes by fast boat to get to the island.

Absolutely brilliant view with comfortable lounges on balcony. Rooms were large and comfortable.
For the price the whole kitchenette really needs refurbishing and the bathrooms were missing the small luxury touches comparable villas have.

Lovely stay
The staff -the front desk incharge was very helpful and professional too. He made sure to make our stay the best we could ask for . The house keeping department (a big shout out to their team ). The view is unbelievable and awesome . I sat with a cup of coffee at my villa deck and watched the sunrise .

fantastic villa's breathtaking views, close to bars, beach resturants
beautiful villas, we stayed in villa Tinggi and Villa Luar Biasa, both fantastic with amazing views, very spacious, small pools but enough to have a dip and a cool down. the staff although we never really needed their help, were very polite and always around if you needed someone, they were more than willing to help if needed. very close to bars and restaurants and beach, amazing place
nothing aqua Nusa was amazing but just a note that if you have trouble with steps, it is a 193 steps down to beach and 193 steps back up to the villa, so if you have any issues walking or knee problems, then this could be an issue but that is not Aqua Nusa fault, its just something to keep in mind
